We are excited to bring back the Cosplay Contest in 2019! Eternal Con’s new Cosplay Contest is a unique event held with a pre-judging session and a walk-through display. Last year we had many great costumes and we look forward to having more in 2019!
Judges will be looking at the costume itself, the workmanship, design, and inspiration. This will be open to groups and individuals, experts and novices, and costumes from mainstream or self-creative. All genres are welcome, including film, television, theater, comics, video games, sci-fi, anime, horror and original creations!
Eternal Con Cosplay Contest Rules and Guidelines
1. No skits during judging or walk-through.
2. No nudity or profanity on costumes.
3. No political or religious statements.
4. All props or weapons must be ok’ed by Eternal Con staff.
5. All applications must be submitted to the Contest Registration Table before pre-judging begins. Applications will be at the Contest Registration Table.
6. Judging will take place before the showing except for the “Peoples Choice” award.
7. Each contestant may only enter one costume into the competition.
We will be announcing the 2018 prizes as we get closer to the event!
