Deborah Estelle Philips is an American Actress and Southern California native. Multicultural in background, she is of Jamaican and Trinidadian descent. At a young age, she enjoyed exploring the freedom in her artistic expression, but did not pursue a career in Hollywood until her early twenties. She began to build momentum, making appearances on television shows such as 7th Heaven and Days of our Lives, but is best known for her character, Katie Walker, from Power Rangers Time Force. While she’s currently focusing on her family, she thoroughly enjoys every opportunity to connect with fans at various conventions. She is blessed and humbled to be able to engage with so many wonderful people.
